Mark Riggs is a co-owner of HCM Wealth Advisory Group and a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. He’s been in the financial industry for over 20 years, supporting and guiding clients through financial planning, investment management, and retirement planning, among other important financial advisory services. He is also a cofounder and a majority shareholder of Staub, Riggs, & Collins, Inc., a cofounder of Five Points Hanover, LLC, and president and founder of Riggs Holdings, Inc.
Mark received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Mount Saint Mary’s University, where he also earned his MBA with a concentration in Finance, and graduated first in his class.
In 2024, Mark earned a Masters of Science in Personal Financial Planning from Kansas State University. While in the program, he also earned a Graduate Certificate in Financial Therapy. Mark graduated first in his class in both programs.
In addition to his degrees, Mark holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst (AIFA) designation, as well as the National Social Security Advisor (NSSA) designation.
An active member in his community, Mark has served in many organizations throughout Hanover. He is a past Chairman of the Board for the Hanover Chamber of Commerce, has served as Chairman of the President’s Council, and was a member of the Board of Trustees at Mount Saint Mary’s University. Currently, he serves as the President of the Board for the Eichelberger Performing Arts Center.
Mark lives in Littlestown, PA, with his wife, Jennifer. Together, they have two sons, and enjoy working on various charitable endeavors together throughout the Hanover community. They also enjoy music and traveling.
